Home Renovation

Since the City rule is to legalize the basements in every aspect to make sure everyone is safe, we are aware of all rules in different areas and have done many legal basements finish projects across the GTA area. These legal issues are the minimum height assurance, the egress window installment, fire resistance standards (resilient channels, safe and sounds insulations, fire resistant drywalls, and sprinklers) and so on.
In this process we also did the side doors openings or walk out basements as well, depending on the circumstance. Doing all the work from framing to finishing basement is part of our duty.
Kitchen Remodelling

After doing one governmental project to replace the subfloor system, we have the experience to do flooring jobs in any commercial area.
As part of our job was to recover the concrete, adding strips of 4*1 on the top and add the plywood as finish to make it ready for the finish flooring.
